Responsible Resource Development
A Strategic Processing Centre with Tier-1 Potential
Legacy Mines’ flagship asset is the Chillagoe Hub — a well-established base metals and gold operation located 220 km west of Cairns in Queensland, Australia. This site is at the heart of our strategy to revitalise underutilised brownfield assets using modern technology, operational discipline, and responsible ESG principles.
Exploration and Expansion Potential
Chillagoe lies within a Tier-1 base-metal belt with known high-grade mineral systems and extensive historical data. All existing deposits remain open along strike and at depth, offering significant exploration upside.
Our exploration model leverages modern techniques — from AI-based geological targeting to drone-enabled surveying — to identify new zones of mineralisation and prioritise drill campaigns that add near-term resource and long-term optionality.
