Chairman Jerry Huang is a lifelong builder of ventures and communities who brings entrepreneurial vision, strategic insight, and a people-first philosophy to the mining sector. CEO Chaoliang Yi, a master engineer in automation with over 20 years of global experience, has delivered major projects for BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG, Santos, and Glencore—driving innovation through automation and AI. COO Dr. Shu Chen (PhD Chem Eng, MBA) brings two decades of Australian mining experience in operations, project execution, and process optimisation. Chief Geologist Ian Hodkinson adds over 40 years in exploration and resource development across Australia.
